“Liberty has a beautiful knack for supporting people in accepting and honoring their sensitivities in ways that aren’t limiting or pathologizing. Her work illuminates opportunities for people to access essential needs in a world that is often insensitive and inhospitable.”

This Work…
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) specializing in somatic therapy. I enjoy relating with people and witnessing growth. I’ve spent over 30 years studying various somatic and therapeutic practices and have been creating social justice and movement-centered events since 2010.
I have a holistic, integrative approach to healing; gently building awareness of the body's learned responses. I foster a therapeutic container that is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and anchored in the here and now. I value curiosity and love nurturing folx towards emotional resiliency through authentic self-expression.
I take a “power-with” shape in providing care and unconditional kind regard. I am passionate about sharing therapeutic space with people of all genders, spiritual and sexual orientations, neurotypes and cultures. Being a trauma-informed somatic therapist means that pacing is important and attunement to sensations & emotions is key.
I offer neuroaffirming care and am passionate about supporting Autistic/ADH(D)/HSP humans to build self-awareness and gradually create a lifestyle that fits their unique bodybrain. I enjoy working with teens, young adults and late-Dx'd/identified people especially. I am experienced with common co-occurring issues for Neurodivergent/Neurocomplex humans such as dysautonomia, (h)EDS, POTS, PTSD, PMDD and ARFID.
My studies and ongoing research gives me a framework in decolonization and collectivist wisdoms, focusing on the interplay between power, oppression and privilege – both interpersonally and systemically.
My work integrates Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Liberation Psychology practices with trauma-informed, neuroaffirming care.
